The Watchtower is an essential utility structure in Last Z: Survival Shooter designed to bolster your base's security and intelligence capabilities. As a bonus building, its primary role is to provide early warnings and critical data regarding incoming threats, allowing commanders to prepare their defenses before an attack arrives.
Commander's Note: While the Watchtower does not produce resources like a farm or mine, the tactical advantage it provides by identifying enemy movements is indispensable for long-term survival in the wasteland.
Unlocking the Watchtower
As you progress and upgrade your Headquarters (HQ), you will gain the ability to construct multiple Watchtowers to expand your surveillance range. The requirements for unlocking them are as follows:
- Watchtower (1): Unlocks when your Headquarters reaches Level 2.
- Watchtower (2): Unlocks when your Headquarters reaches Level 12.
Functional Overview
In the current version of the game, Watchtowers serve as static utility buildings. Here are the key details regarding their operation:
- Upgradability: Unlike the Warehouse or Military Center, the Watchtower currently cannot be upgraded to higher levels.
- Production: This building does not produce any tangible resources (such as Food or Iron).
- Contribution: It functions primarily as a shortcut to intelligence screens and contributes to the visual and strategic layout of a high-level base.
| Building | Unlocking Requirement | Upgradeable |
|---|---|---|
| Watchtower 1 | Headquarters Level 2 | No |
| Watchtower 2 | Headquarters Level 12 | No |
Strategic placement and early unlocking of your Watchtowers ensure that your BLNW alliance stays one step ahead of the marauders and rival players. Keep your eyes on the horizon!
