Last Z State Migration Guide: S1–S400 Results & Identity Tiers

State Migration: Phases and Regulations

Migration is a structured three-phase process that allows survivors to move between States based on their Migration Score and Identity Tier.

Migration Phases

  • Phase I: Prep Phase: Survivors can view available States and contact the Presidents of potential destinations.

  • Phase II: Invitation Phase: Presidents invite survivors from other States. Identity (Regular, Intermediate, Advanced, or Elite) is determined by Migration Score, and each tier has a specific quota.

  • Phase III: Free Migration: Survivors with a Regular identity can move freely to States with available slots. Other identities still require an invitation.

Migration Identity Tiers

Tiers are determined by your Migration Score, a comprehensive rating of combat capabilities based on Building, Tech, Hero, and Mod Vehicle Power.

  • Elite: > 100.0M

  • Advanced: 40.0M – 100.0M

  • Intermediate: 20.0M – 40.0M

  • Regular: 0 – 20.0M

Essential Conditions

  • Headquarters: Must meet the required level and cannot be in combat or have outgoing troops.

  • Cooldown: After migrating, you cannot migrate again for 30 days.

  • Status: You must not be a President, part of an Alliance, or have already migrated during the current event round.

  • Cost: Migration requires Migration Passes, the amount of which depends on your identity tier.

Territory Triumph: Capturing Neutral Cities

The Territory Triumph event challenges Alliances to conquer neutral cities across the world for immense wealth and buffs.

Rules of Engagement

  1. Declaration: Alliance leaders or R4/R5 members can declare war on one territorial city at a time.

  2. Siege Process:

    • Beat Guards: Alliance members must first defeat powerful defense forces. If not defeated in time, they fully recover HP.

    • Drain Durability: Once guards are defeated, troops must siege the city to drain its durability every 5 minutes. More participating members speed up the process.

  3. Capture: The Alliance with the highest total points from defeating guards and destroying durability gains control of the city once durability reaches zero.

  4. Rewards: Participants receive an initial capture reward, and all members enjoy the city's unique buffs after occupation.

Danger Lurks Event

A new threat has emerged as Frostbanes attack survivors. Survivors must act quickly to defeat these attackers—which include powerful "Boomer" types—to reclaim stolen supplies.
